Merry Christmas, everyone!

I had a wonderful holiday this year with my family. And Texas Tech made the greatest comeback ever!! That, to me, was the best present I could ask for.

Other than a bowl victory, I recieved several books on tape, some new butterflies for my butterfly collection and a box of wheat thins. I really hit the jack pot this year.

happy fourth of july everyone!

la project is coming along swimmingly. except for that one incident the other night. it's true. i was attacked on main street by a giant raisin. who knew that such large fruit could pose such a threat?

luckily i am ok. i can not say the same about the other project students who are no longer with us.

anywho, we have three weeks to go. please pray for us as we finish strong and fight for our lives against oversized grapes.

My blog has been compromised by a force to evil to mention by name. Know that the real shane does not take baths at all. He is a man who invented fire and the wheel. But if shane did want to take bubble baths Johnson and Johnson would be a good choice.

well, hello.

seeing as how we have recently been studying rebuke in our project impact leadership training, i felt the power of conviction fall upon my soul today and felt that i needed to apologize to emily bryant publicly.

you see, i am working at project impact in los angeles, california, and she is working at project impact in chicago, illinois. i might have telephoned said person, and bragged for a lengthy amount of time on such subjects as the amount of gorgeous palm treeage surround me, the full kitchen i can use at any time, the beautiful furnishings of my apartment...the pink toilet seat cover, the mosquito net that hangs like a fairy princess crown above my bed...things like that.

well, emily, i apologize for being such a turd. truly, God is at work in chicago, too, and is blessing you through people you've met and the amazing leaders God has given your project. truly...chicago will make Jesus famous. truly, you will see great fruits and outcomes of your labor.

finally i would like to thank emily kay bryant for the wisdom she has imparted me over the years. i've always told people what a great influence she has been on me...helping me through seminary. if it weren't for emily being fluent in hebrew, i would have never survived the turbo class. she's amazing. really.

i shall continue to write updates as the summer progresses...
